Mark your calendar for the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, from 1 to 2pm Mountain Time (Denver).

Start your week off with dedicated time in your schedule for your most important task. Since it’s an external meeting, it’s easier to defend.

Attend one or attend them all.

More About the Format

The first 10 minutes or so, you’ll learn a practical tool, technique, approach, mindset, etc. for a topic related to performance, fulfillment, stress management, or well-being. This series is geared toward high performers and achievers who also desire fulfillment in their careers.

You’ll have at least 30 minutes of uninterrupted worktime during each session. If you’ve been putting something off or have been struggling to find focused time, this is a great opportunity for it. We’ll use the chat for some gentle accountability.

The last 10 minutes will be reserved for live Q&A. You can ask questions about the technique I taught at the beginning, something that came up while you were working, or something else entirely. You can keep working through it as well.

Meet Your Host

I’m Katherine M. Sauer, Ph.D., and if we haven’t met, here’s my bio.

Katherine M. Sauer, PhD, is an award-winning educator and researcher, and is an enthusiastic advocate for work-life well-being. She brings levity and practicality to complex subjects and enjoys delighting and challenging audiences of high-ambition professionals. Katherine is a two-time founder and has held leadership roles within a national nonprofit, an investment advisory firm, and in higher education administration. She is a lifelong learner and has pursued formal training and credentials in numerous areas including change leadership, executive coaching, intuitive energy reading, yoga and meditation, nutrition, nonprofit management, and economics. MOTIVATED AF: Align Your Inner Drive for Performance and Fulfillment without Burning Out is Katherine’s first book and is dedicated to the achievers who do not want to be told to slow down.
